Logen participated in his first school musical program. Apparently there was western and ocean theme? Unfortunately, I had to miss the show because it was the same day that Gaven got his cast put, and he was to say the least, not ready for a public appearance. Chris and Trent said that it was a great show and that Logen did pretty well. I just wanted to share pictures of him all dressed up.

So our little guy has had a rough couple of weeks. It all started the Friday before last with a trip to the doctor's office to diagnose a double ear infection. Then on the following Monday, Chris slipped coming down the stairs with Gaven on her hip and landed on his leg that was wrapped behind her. A trip to the emergency room revealed a broken ankle. Chris was pretty sore for a few days, but no real damage thankfully. Then this past Friday, the poor little guy had a bout with the stomach flu. A solid twelve hours later he seemed to be past it. Now he's just completely frustrated with not being able to walk because of the cast. Thankfully he should only have to wear it for three weeks since the little guys heal so much faster than adults. We are just keeping our fingers crossed that the cast comes off for sure before our spring break trip to San Antonio.

I'm a little late in getting some images up from this Christmas. I know many of you know that we have been pretty overwhelmed the last few weeks with the passing Chris' grandfather just after New Years. I wanted to get a few pictures up from Christmas. You can view them here. We had a great Christmas and hope all of you did as well.

I had the opportunity to shoot some engagement images for Jason and Stacy recently. I always love having the opportunity to do an engagement session with couple before shooting their wedding. This was especially good because I had never met Jason, being that he was deployed with the Army, when Stacy and I first met about her wedding. They were a great couple to work with. They were completely relaxed and cooperative. I can tell that we'll have a great time shooting their wedding. The couple is getting married in May at Shove Chapel at Colorado College.
